ATS INTRODUCTION
I. Product Characteristics:
1. Such technologies as double-row composite contact, horizontal pull-type mechanism, micro-motor pre-stored energy and micro-electronic control have been adopted, achieving basically zero flashover, in which logic control boards are mounted to manage. In different logic, the operation of the running of the motor and the speed change box installed directly in the switch, so as to ensure the positions of the switch.
2. A duplex interlocking design of both mechanical and electric interlocking is adopted.
3. A zero position technology is adopted, so as to reset to zero compulsorily under an emergency case (both the two power supplies are cut off)
4. Automatic transfer switches have such functions as obvious ON/OFF position indication and padlock, so as to realize isolation between power supply and load.
5. The motor is a poly chloroprene rubber insulation damp-heat type equipped with a safety device, which trips off automatically, when there is over-temperature above 110ºC and over-current, and is put into service automatically, when the trouble is removed. A straight-tooth gear is adopted for the reversible reduction gear.
6. The outer casing is made of unsaturated polyester fibers, which are high in fire, pressure and high temperature resistance.
